Day 1: Arrival/Nairobi:

 On arrival at JKIA time TBA, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel. Overnight at La Maison Royal South C on half board basis.

Day 2: Nairobi+ city tour

Pick up this morning after breakfast and drive to the Giraffe Centre; whose key objective is conservation of the endangered Rothschild giraffes. You will have an opportunity of feeding these giraffes from a raised platform. After feeding the Giraffes, visit the Karen Blixen Museum whose history dates back to 1914, during the First World War, with the arrival of Karen Blixen from Denmark. The house was restored by the Danish government, and was used during the filming of “Out of Africa” which immortalized Karen Blixen’s book by the same name. The museum was opened to the public in 1986. Much of the original furniture is on display in the house. The grounds, which feature original equipment from the coffee farm, are also available for touring. The aim here is to take an individual back in time, and provide a visual impression of European settler life in Kenya. Later, proceed to Kazuri Beads, which begun as a tiny workshop experimenting in making ceramic beads made by hand. It has since grown to a huge factory where they make beautiful world class Jewelry from clay and provide employment to over 300 single mothers in Kenya. Lunch at the Carnivore restaurant. Day 3: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park (Approx.4hrs driving time)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Amboseli National Park; crowned by Mt Kilimanjaro and lying below the most famous symbol of Africa; Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most popular parks and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with Sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. Day 4: Amboseli National Park

Day 5: Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Tsavo West National Park: a beautiful, rugged wilderness. The savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges including the Poacher’s Lookout where you get to see the teeming herds in the plains below. The park offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions from the wild to diverse plant to a variety of bird species including the threatened corncrake and near threatened Basra Reed Warbler. Arrive for lunch at your hotel followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge on full board basis. (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner included)

Day 6: Tsavo West National Park.

Extra day in Tsavo with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Ngulia Safari lodge on full board basis.

Day 7: Tsavo West – Lake Naivasha. (Approx. 7hrs driving time)

After breakfast, check out and drive on the floor of the Great Rift (with a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley View point – Here you can watch the enthralling Rift valley with its vast vegetation and the sun rays kissing the far and wide stretching mountains in the surrounding. The Great Rift Valley is a wonder of the world stretching from the Middle East passing through Africa and has a great and vast chunk in East African part and ends in Mozambique in the South.) Proceed to Lake Naivasha; A freshwater Rift Valley lake whose waters draw a great range of game to its shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffalo wallow in the swamps, Colobus monkeys call from the treetops and a large hippo population sleep the day out in the shallows. Over 450 bird species have been recorded on and around the lake. Arrive for lunch at Lake Naivasha Sopa lodge followed by afternoon at leisure enjoying lodge facilities. You have an option of taking an afternoon boat ride across the lake to see various water life as well as different bird species. Day 8: Lake Naivasha.

Extra day in Naivasha exploring it and its environs.  You will visit to the Nearby Hells Gate National Park; A remarkable quarter of the Great Rift Valley whose spectacular scenery includes: The towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub clad volcanoes and belching plumes of geothermal steam making it one of the most atmospheric Parks in Africa. You can also enjoy; mountain biking, rock climbing and a natural spa. Lunch at your lodge followed by afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Crater Lake Tented Camp. Day 9: Lake Naivasha.- Lake Bogoria

Breakfast and check out. Drive to Lake Bogoria; A saline, alkaline lake that lies in a volcanic region in a half-graben basin south of Lake Baringo and home at times to one of the world’s largest populations of lesser flamingos. Local features include the Kesubo Swamp to the north and the Siracho Escarpment to the east, both within the National Reserve. The lake is also famous for geysers and hot springs along the bank. In four locations around the lake can be observed at least 10 geysers, which erupt up to 5 m high. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bogoria Resort and spa on full board basis.

Day 10: Lake Bogoria – Nakuru National Park (Approx. 1hrs driving time)

Check out from your hotel after breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, This Park was originally declared a national park because of a superbly diverse bird population, which includes many migrants; the park is also a favorite place for travelers who seek the rare black rhino. Arrive for lunch followed by afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa lodge on full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 11: Nakuru – Masaai Mara (Approx 5hrs drive time)
Check out after breakfast and drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game, it is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Lunch at your lodge followed by a late afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at La Maison Royale Mara on full board basis. (Breakfast, lunch and Dinner included)

Day 12: Masaai Mara:

Early morning optional balloon ride at an extra cost. (Enjoy the thrill of gliding high above the impressive Masai Mara savannah while looking down at herds of elephants and zebras tottering beneath you. A champagne breakfast awaits you in the middle of the bush). Whole day spent in the reserve, Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary where your search for the Big Five continues. These are the lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant. Game drives are flexible, with the option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park, or you can choose to have early morning and late afternoon game drives.
